Submissions to FirstScience

Your submissions will be reviewed by a moderator and only contributions that are selected will be added on to the site. 

You own the copyright to your postings, poems, blog entries and photos but you also agree to grant Pioneer Online Ltd. a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicenseable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, play, and exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to any such work worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any media now known or later developed for the full term of any rights that may exist in such content, consistent with privacy restrictions set forth in the Privacy Policy of FirstScience.

By submitting your contribution to this site, you also warrant that your contribution is:

- your own original work and that you have the right to make it available to FirstScience for all the purposes specified above

- is not defamatory

- does not infringe any law

You also agree to indemnify Pioneer Online Ltd. against all legal fees, damages and other expenses that may be incurred by Pioneer Online Ltd. as a result of your breach of the above warranty.

You also agree to waive any moral rights in your contribution for the purposes of its submission to and publication on the FirstScience web site and the other purposes specified above.

You may not post any defamatory or illegal material of any nature. This includes text, graphics, video, and/or audio. Posting a message with the intention of committing or condoning an illegal act is strictly prohibited.

You may not violate, plagiarise, or infringe on the rights of third parties including copyright, trademark, trade secret, privacy, personal, publicity, or proprietary rights.

1. Unless otherwise expressly stated, all rights including the database right and the copyright in all material presented on the Site, including text, logos, artwork, information and graphics ("Material"), is owned by Pioneer Online Limited. Firstscience.com is a trading name of Pioneer Online Ltd.
2. You may access, download, store, save, retrieve or print Material for your personal use only and you shall not be entitled to distribute these pages to third parties nor to exploit commercially the Material in any way.
3. You may not whether directly or indirectly create a database in an electronic or other form by printing, downloading or storing all or any part of the pages from the Site without our prior written consent.
