Jules Henri Poincare (1854 -1912)
Jules Henri Poincare (1854 -1912) is a French mathematician, theoretical physicist and philosopher. He is well known for formulating the Poincar? conjecture, one of seven Millennium Prize Problems which the Clay Mathematics Institute is offering $1,000 000 for a solution. Poincare also discovered a chaotic deterministic system which provided the foundations of modern Chaos theory.
