Carl G. Jung (1875 - 1961)
Carl G. Jung (1875 - 1961) was a Swiss psychiatrist. Originally, he studied medicine at the University of Basel and he later he went on to focus in psychiatric medicine. Jung collaborated strongly with Sigmund Freud for six years before the First World War, however their collaboration eventually ended when their theories became distinctly incompatible. Jung is now often credited as being the founder of analytical psychology.
