		IMAGE: NASA's Aqua satellite AIRS instrument caught a new tropical depression that just formed in the Philippine Sea on Nov. 2 at 0523 UTC (1:23 p.m. local time, Manila) and already... Click here for more information.

When NASA's Aqua satellite flew over the Philippine Sea during the early morning hours today, November 2 infrared imagery saw another new tropical cyclone coming together.
